n the Vazquez New York Acting School you will learn about tricks that STARS do when they prepare for performances on stage. I worked on the play “Street Car Named Desire” in California in 1999 with Priscilla (from “Three’s Company” fame) Barnes. Before every stage performance she had a routine she did.
She would walk through the stage saying all her lines and do her stage blocking simultaneously. She was warming up, so to speak. “Getting in the mood.” And she never disappointed in performance every night. She was terrific! She taught me about discipline and respect for the art of acting.
